MASON TALBOT (Repopulate Mars/South of Saturn)
Mason Talbot, the Welsh-born DJ and producer based in Leeds, UK, embarked on his musical journey at 14, transitioning from rap beats to electronic music after a transformative encounter watching Green Velvet at 17.
Recognized for his diverse and atmospheric style, rooted in genuine creativity, Talbot gained prominence through tech house edits on SoundCloud and memorable performances at local venues. His breakout track, “Cocaina,” released on Lee Foss’s South of Saturn, has amassed over 3 million streams and garnered support from industry giants Richy Ahmed and MK.
Having energized renowned UK venues like Joshua Brooks, MiNT Warehouse, Egg, and Tank Nightclub, Talbot reached a career pinnacle at the Leeds Defected festival, closing the official afterparty.
